Boy George, good guy or bad?
The picture desk judges celebrities by their willingness to be photographed, not how well they sing, dance, perform, kick a football or just be themselves on reality TV.

We've had good 'uns (see past blog entries) and we've had some terrible ones.
Today Boy George appeared at court in Manchester. And he was nice as pie.

He joined the queue outside the Manchester Crown Court building (There's no VIP area, apparently).
He was more than happy to pose for our photographer and later, inside the court building, he signed autographs.

Usually he wears a hat, but today he was showing off the prominent Star of David tattoo (Jewish symbol) on his scalp. He also has a cross on his right shoulder (Christian symbol) and a lotus flower (Hindu symbol) on the back of his head. Clearly he's into religion. He's just not quite sure which one. Which is not that surprising for a man who rose to fame as a chameleon.

SOUVENIRS 1985 : BOY GEORGE ET SA BARBE....... | 25 août 2007

 

 

Vous m'avez sollicité par mail et laissé des commentaires sur le site à propos des photos de George et sa fameuse barbe en 1985.

Le magazine SALUT! à l'époque avait publié des clichés du passage chez guy lux dans laquelle George chantait the war song et love is love. A l'époque George était de passage à paris car il avait été invité par Régine.

Peu de temps après, il tourna dans l'agence tout risque et Culture Club enregistra leur dernier album...

Du temps de cette fameuse "barbe", George était inséparable de marilyn et commenca à se droguer...

J'ai donc retrouvé mon fameux SALUT! et vous publie les fameuses photos....
