• Eighties pop star BOY GEORGE is nursing a "big bruised eye" after he was "assaulted" in a U.K. club at the weekend (31Mar-01Apr12). The Karma Chameleon singer, 50, has revealed he was beaten up on Saturday (31Mar12) during a night out, although he has failed to elaborate on the details. He first told fans about the bust up on Sunday (01Apr12) via his Twitter.com account, writing, "Poor Christine (make-up artist) having to make up only one eye after an incident in a club last night I have on big bruised eye! Sweet!" The Culture Club frontman then posted a photo of his swollen eye on Monday (02Apr12), alongside the caption, "Looking pretty after being assaulted on Saturday night! Nice!" It is not known if the gay star filed a police report over the altercation.
