Boy’s own Mardi Gras

nternational superstar Boy George has been confirmed as the headline
act for the Mardi Gras 2007 Party. The queer singer, songwriter, DJ,
fashion designer, author and street-sweeper will appear in the capacity
of DJ, playing a set in the Royal Hall of Industries on March 3, 2007.

Next year is shaping up as one of the biggest for Boy George in quite
some time. In addition to his Mardi Gras appearance, George is
scheduled to release his new single, ‘Time Machine', a duet with London
performer Amanda Ghost; plans to continue to expand his clothing label,
B-Rude; and has been confirmed as one of the writers on Kylie Minogue's
forthcoming, as-yet untitled album.
