Rewind Festival tickets go on sale to nostalgia fans

Last year's inaugural Rewind Festival gave 30,000 80s music fans the chance to see Rick Astley, Nik Kershaw, Kim Wilde, Sister Sledge and Paul Young.

This year promises more of the same, with a line-up of 80s pop legends.

Performers booked include Boy George, 10CC, Heaven 17, Altered Images, Tony Hadley, ABC & Go West, Marc Almond and Level 42.

Last year's festival was described as a 'runaway success' by organiser David Heartfield.

He said: "The feedback from artists and festival goers was so positive that we decided to turn Rewind into an annual event."
