Boy George: “I Was Raised as an Alien!” 

Boy George has revealed that he isn’t pleased about Elton John getting married as it alters how he has come to look at being gay.

As a guest on this week’s 1 Leicester Square, Boy George get a whole load off his chest on issues ranging from Matt Lucas to Eastern Europeans; penises to pop stars. But one thing that really got his goat, he revealed, was Elton’s gay wedding. “I’ve spent many years being abused for being gay,” George told 1 Leicester Square’s Russell Brand. “And I love being gay; I love being queer! But Elton John getting married, what is that?

“I was raised to be an alien, now don’t tell me I can be normal. It’s too late.”

He added: “Buggary will never be on the curriculum.”
